Lori Loughlin filed for divorce from Mossimo Giannulli after almost 30 years of marriage.
It was reported on Tuesday, September 8, the Full House alum, 62, filed paperwork to formally end the relationship on Friday, September 4, listing the date of separation as August 31, 2025.

According to TMZ, court documents noted the estranged couple had "irreconcilable differences" and also signed a prenuptial agreement.
The premarital contract was reportedly amended on August 11, 2015.
The 90210 actress then requested that spousal support be determined at a later date, and asked that properties, assets and debts be divided between them. She also inquired for the fashion designer, 63, to pay for her lawyer's fees.

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli lived apart for months before the divorce filing.
Giannulli and the Summerland star announced their split in October 2025, with the pair also living apart as they sold their Hidden Hills mansion for $12.65 million late last year.
“People around Lori and Mossimo have known they have been going through a really hard time in the last year,” an insider told Us Weekly at the time. “This isn’t a shock to people around them. It has been a rough time for Lori. She is devastated.”
The source also explained Loughlin “thought a break could help” mend her cracked relationship with Giannulli, but the duo were “not on the same page.”

“They will not reconcile — there is currently no chance — and will ultimately divorce,” the source noted, adding that while the businessman had “been on dates” since the separation, Loughlin hadn't.
The two “grew apart and Mossimo moved on quickly,” they went on, stating the twosome hadn't “really operated as a unit for quite some time.”
Loughlin and Giannulli tied the knot in 1997 and share two daughters together, Olivia Jade, 26, and Bella, 27.

The Hallmark star and the clothing entrepreneur were thrusted into the spotlight back in 2019 when they were arrested for their involvement in the infamous Operation Varsity Blues college admissions scandal.
The couple pleaded guilty to paying $500,000 to get their daughters accepted into the University of Southern California as members of the crew team — despite the two girls not being rowers.
Loughlin served two months in federal prison at FCI Dublin in California, and was released in December 2020. Giannulli was released from a low-security penitentiary in Lompoc, Calif., in April 2021 after serving five months.
