If you've got serious money in the bank, here's something that you "Need to Know": Grammy winner Marc Anthony has put his opulent Coral Gables, Fla., mansion on the market for $27 million.
Known as "Casa Costanera," the Mediterranean-style spread is located in the exclusive gated community Cocoplum and was previously owned by rum heiress Hilda Maria Bacardi, whom the singer, 52, purchased it from just two years ago.

Set on a 1.3-acre corner lot, the nearly 17,000-square-foot abode has a whopping 12 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, ensuring it never feels crowded even when all six of Anthony's children are home. The regal residence is made up of three buildings, two connected by a passage lined with French doors, and a third set apart by an extension of the cobblestone motor court. Inside, the villa is tastefully decorated in a neutral color scheme (think: beige furnishings and natural wood), and large windows ensure every room is filled with sunlight.
Besides the compound's 480 feet of water frontage (complete with a private dock and ocean access), luxe highlights include a commercial-grade elevator, a wine cellar and a gym, as well as three kitchens and separate staff quarters. Hey, it must take a lot of people to keep this place running!
