Mr Big Is Back! Chris Noth Will Return For 'Sex And The City' Sequel 'And Just Like That' At HBO Max
Chris Noth will be Mr Big once again. The actor will return for the Sex And The City sequel And Just Like That… as the iconic Mr Big for HBO Max.
The seasoned actor will join his old co stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis for a 10 episode, half hour series for HBO Max that will once again bring us back into the lives of these Manhattan based pals.
While many speculated that the 66 year-old would not return to for the reboot, Noth is clearly ready to step back into Mr Big's expensive shoes!
Executive Producer Michael Patrick King said in a statement “I’m thrilled to be working with Chris again on And Just Like That…How could we ever do a new chapter of the Sex And The City story without our Mr. Big?”
The reboot of the series is set to center around our favorite girls "Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte navigating the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s." Production is set to take place this summer in New York City.

Added to the cast thus far has been Sara Ramirez who will portray new character Che Diaz.
One star who will absolutely not be joining the cast is former Samantha, Kim Catrall. The actress has completely rejected the idea of returning to the franchise and has very much made public her beef with her former co-stars.
And because SJP and the rest of the girls are in charge as co-executive producers- the beef between the two might just make it's way on to the screen. As OK! exclusively reported, fans could "expect a nasty ending" for the blonde beauty's beloved character Samantha Jones. A source reveals "There is no love lost between the gang of three and Kim. Now that they are coming back in charge, they can have their revenge,"
"All three of them are sick about talking about Kim, and they are going to make it clear that even if Kim changes her mind and wants to join them for another film down the road, that will not be possible.”
