'We Haven’t Left Bed Since Christmas Eve': Pamela Anderson Cuddles Up With New Hubby For Intimate Interview
Still going strong! Pamela Anderson and new hubby Dan Hayhurst seem to be loving newlywed life since they tied the knot during their Christmas Eve wedding. While cuddled up in bed with Dayhurst, the model and actress opened up about the couple's' love story and low-key wedding during an interview with U.K show Loose Women.
"Pamela, to quote you, you have said in the past, 'In the arms of the man I love is exactly where I should be,'" one of the hosts noted. "I didn’t think we were actually going to see you in the arms of the man you love."
"Oh, we haven’t left bed since Christmas Eve," the 53-year-old joked.
Anderson explained that she and the bodyguard fell for each other when she hired him to do work on her home. "I got stuck here during COVID, and we stuck together, and we’re still stuck together," she quipped.
"I’ve just been home for the last year and a half renovating," Anderson added of her home in Vancouver, which was once her grandparents'. "And now it’s just gorgeous. I’ve renovated all the cabins, we’re putting in a dock. It’s a gorgeous piece of property. And Dan and his kids are living here, too."
While noting that they preferred to "be by ourselves" for their intimate wedding ceremony — which was affected by the coronavirus pandemic — Anderson admitted: "it would have been nice to maybe have some family here. But there was definitely no problems like someone that wasn’t invited or was invited."
She added: "We just were here. We had a really beautiful, quiet ceremony and our witnesses were the First Nations people that came to do a cedar blessing on us … to get rid of all of our demons."

"I don’t think we’re coming out of lockdown," Hayhurst jokingly stated. "I think we’ll stay in lockdown forever."
"He’s the kind of guy I probably would have met if I would have stayed home and not went around the world and got crazy," Anderson gushed about her new hubby. "I mean, I came home in one piece. It’s nice to be with, like, a real man who can actually change a light bulb."
As OK! previously reported, Hayhurst’s ex, Carey, said the "lockdown love story" was an "affair."
"I decided to speak out because I want people to know that my almost five-year relationship, with three children involved, ended because of the affair Pam and Dan started while he was still with me," Carey, 42, told The Sun.
"This should be a joyous time for Pam, but these shocking accusations have put her in a really bad light," a source told OK!.
"All the claims from Dan's ex have put a real downer on their first days of marriage," the insider explained. "Pam's furious about the accusations, and I'm sure she'd love to confront Carey face-to-face. She's insisting she has zero regrets and wants to spend the rest of her life with Dan. But the reality is, nobody's holding their breath. After all, he is hubby No. 5!"
