Witney Carson, who is expecting baby No. 3, is giving this upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars her all despite having a bun in the oven!
"I’m really excited about just this phase of life that I’m in, where I do get to grow my family. I’m 15 weeks pregnant — and so I’m going to be going into this season very far along pregnant. That’s just where I’m at in my life. I didn’t quite have that on my bingo card for 2026, to compete and be this pregnant. But life happens, and we don’t need to stop living our lives because we are working. We wear many hats, and so we can do it all because women are incredible," the star, 32, exclusively tells OK! while talking about her partnership with Chevron to share simple ways drivers can save on fuel and prepare for both road trips and everyday driving. "I’m just going to keep that mantra of empowering myself to show off the bump. I want to impress myself, I think, more than anyone — just to see what my body can do and see what I can do."

Witney Carson is pregnant with baby No. 3.
"My mentality hasn’t changed from seasons past. I always want to do the best that I possibly can. So I think that’s what I’m excited about. What I’m nervous about is, I think, just the feedback, being very vulnerable on television. I mean, millions of people watch the show. I don’t know if they’ve ever seen a big pregnant woman dancing, like a big belly dancing on there. So it’s really out there for the world to judge and to comment on. I think I’m a little bit worried about that, but I also have to remember that this is a miracle, and I’m just grateful that I can carry a healthy baby and do what I love at the same time," Carson, who is partnered with Guillermo Rodriguez, adds.
Still, the blonde beauty, who shares two sons named Leo and Jet with her husband, Carson McAllister, has her eye on the prize.
"I mean, obviously I want to win. I’m very competitive. I got a taste of it last season, so I want to win again. I told Guillermo that, and he said, 'Don’t be greedy. Let someone else win this season,'" she quipped, referring to her and Robert Irwin's Season 34 win. "I think it just goes to show my competitiveness. I just want to do the best that I possibly can, no matter who the partner is. And, you know, he’s down for it, so we’re going to try everything we can."

Witney Carson is 'excited' about expanding her brood.
Though the dancer will be working hard in the studio, she's "excited" about expanding her brood.
"The love has been overwhelming, and it’s been so much fun to see everyone support and love, because we’re also really excited. Obviously, this was the perfect time for us to grow our family. By the time I have this baby, my youngest will be 4, so we really just felt like it was a good time for us. The boys are very excited, and they’ve been wanting a baby brother or sister for a long time. Going into this season, it’s very daunting because I don’t know what to expect, per se. I have not danced this far along pregnant or competed this far along pregnant before, but honestly, my body feels great. I feel like I have a lot more energy, so I’m just going to take it by the horns and do the best that I possibly can. We’re excited. We’re excited that I can work and grow my family at the same time. It’s a big blessing," she shares.

Witney Carson hopes her boys will be 'helpful' when the new baby arrives.

The ABC star is hoping her sons will quickly want to assist when the little one arrives.
"I think my boys are ready, hopefully, to be helpful with another one. So we’re just going to embrace it. We’re already this far into it, so we’re ready," she says.
For now, she's soaking up this time with her loved ones.
"Balance for me is really prioritizing my family. So if I’m working more than I am at home, then I take a back seat from work. That’s always been my mantra. I always want to be a present mom. I want to take my kids to school. I want to make their lunches. I’ve always been that way because that’s how my mom was. That’s just in me innately. I’m not saying it’s a better or good thing. I’m just saying, for me, that’s how I am fulfilled the most. So if I am mostly at home and working a little bit, then that’s just a great balance for me, and that’s what makes me the happiest. If I’m working too much, I always try and take a step back and reevaluate my priorities," she notes.
"I think it does take time to get over that mom guilt, but just remember that you are important as well. Our kids are everything to us, but you need to make sure that you’re prioritizing your mental health and physical health too," she adds.
Since Carson's family is only getting bigger, it made sense for her to partner with Chevron for the last few weeks of the summer to share simple ways drivers can save on fuel and prepare for both road trips and everyday driving.
"We do so many road trips as a family, and my kids are now 5 and 3, so they actually get super excited over road trips. When this partnership came up with Chevron, we were really excited to partner with them. It just felt like a really seamless fit for us. We’ve really loved being able to be educated more on Chevron with Techron®’s technology — the technology that cleans the buildup on your engine from low-quality fuel over time. It really helps with your mileage and the longevity of your vehicle. For us, in our family vehicle, that’s a really big deal," she says.
She adds, "It’s just one less thing I have to think about. I am not the person to say I would ever think about what’s underneath my hood or the engine or anything like that. Now that I’m more educated on it, it’s like, we only do Chevron now. It’s been such a peace of mind to just really enjoy my family and the memories that we’re making and the adventures that we have together. So we were really excited about this partnership."
Chevron with Techron® is helping drivers fuel their end-of-summer road trips and daily driving to maximize their mileage by cleaning up harmful engine deposits and protecting engines for the long haul. Techron® is included in every grade of Chevron gas, making engine protection accessible to all drivers.
Carson's collaboration highlights her lifestyle as a frequent traveler and road tripper — emphasizing the importance of engine care with every journey.

Witney Carson is a busy mom!
"I’m definitely a Type B mom, so that’s figure-it-out-as-we-go. The only thing that I’m really adamant about is the packing and the planning, just to have a seamless ride and a seamless vacation, because I feel like when you’re unprepared, things can get a little bit chaotic. As far as where we’re going or what we’re doing, I’m pretty chill about that, but as far as what we need to pack, I’m always the one to do that. I’m definitely more spontaneous as far as where we’re going and what we’re doing," she says.
