'RHOBH' Star Erika Jayne Downgrades From $13 Million Mansion To Modest L.A. Rental — Tour The Spanish-Style Home
Embattled Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne may have downgraded from her former $13 million mansion, but the blonde beauty's L.A. rental is hardly anything to cry over.
Jayne moved into her stunning yet modest new abode after filing for divorce from Tom Girardi following 20 years of marriage. And while she was forced out of her luxurious lifestyle — she and the 82-year-old have been accused of "embezzling millions" — she will most likely find comfort in her new serene backyard and enchanting master suite.
The TV personality's new rental is estimated to be worth $2.2 million and rents for a reported $7,500 per month.
As OK! previously reported, one month after Jayne filed for divorce from her estranged husband, the former flames were hit with allegations that they allegedly used their split to protect their assets after a class action lawsuit claimed that they embezzled money from a Boeing 737 airplane crash settlement fund.
And while Girardi's numerous legal troubles rage on (he's also been accused of fraud) the former attorney was diagnosed in March with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s disease. His diagnosis came after he was placed under a temporary conservatorship in February following concerns over his mental competency.
Hopefully, Jayne's new home is the first step towards the next chapter of her life, as the past few months have been a turbulent time for the 49-year-old.
