As OK! previously reported, de Lesseps found herself in hot water back in January when she posed for pictures without a mask on at a party in Coral Gables, Fla., alongside friends including former Real Housewives of Miami alums Marysol Patton and Alexia Echevarria.
The backlash was swift, as it was reported that filming of the new season of RHONY had to be shut down recently because one of her fellow cast members tested positive for COVID-19. Insiders were said to be outraged that the former Countess seemed to be putting the production further at risk.

The "Viva La Diva" singer, who has be quietly dating personal trainer Garth Wakeford, later defended her activities saying that the organizers of the party had required a negative COVID test for each guest before the event and insisted that she had been wearing a mask at the party.

“I took the mask off for some photos,” she told Page Six. “Knowing everyone had tested negative, I felt comfortable doing that.”
