An unexpected romance. Adventurous duo Rita Ora and her director beau, Taika Waititi, appear to have acquired a third, even if only for a night!
Scandalous photos have emerged of the duo sharing what looks like a three-way kiss with actress Tessa Thompson following an “all-night party” at the director’s home in Sydney over the weekend.
The Daily Mail published sexy photos of the trio in various combinations of kissing. A number of other partygoers appear to have been present as the three packed on the PDA. (It is unclear if more joined in on the fun.)
Waititi and Thompson are both in Sydney filming the upcoming superhero flick Thor: Love and Thunder — where the actress plays Marvel’s first queer superhero, Valkyrie — while the “Let Me Love You” songstress just wrapped up work on The Voice: Australia.
After the explosive photos surfaced, Twitter erupted with many people excited for the prospect of a throuple. “Is there room for another in this Rita Ora, Taika Waititi, Tessa Thompson thing? asking for a friend (myself),” one user wrote.

Others were surprised, yet excited for the possibilities of a future romance between the three. “If you would’ve told me a year ago Tessa Thompson, Rita Ora, and Taika Waititi would be in a throuple I would’ve slapped you and called you a liar,” a user wrote, while another said: “Rita Ora being in a poly relationship with Taika Waititi and Tessa Thompson wasn’t on my 2021 bingo card but here we are.”
Another joked that Marvel actress and costar Brie Larson would want to join in on the fun: “Brie Larson on her way to the Thor: Love and Thunder set after seeing Tessa Thompson, Rita Ora, and Taika Waititi.”

Ora and Waititi were first linked in April after they appeared together on the red carpet for the premiere of RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under at the Sydney Opera House.
Thompson — who revealed in 2018 she was attracted to men and women, but declined to label herself bisexual — was last reportedly linked to English musician Dev Hynes.
