As OK! previously spilled, Scooter filed for divorce from Yael on July 21. Justin Bieber’s manager is seeking joint custody of the former couple's three kids: Jagger, 6, Levi, 4, and Hart, 2. He has also agreed to pay his estranged wife spousal support and their prenup has already predetermined how the duo will split their assets.

The 40-year-old businessman is being represented by divorce attorney Laura Wasser — the same power attorney handling Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s billion-dollar split.

Sources squealed that rumors of a “third party” being involved might have been responsible for the split. Scooter was rumored to be linked to reality TV star Erika Jayne — who is in the midst of a messy divorce from estranged husband Tom Girardi — but the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star denied the fling.

An insider also claimed that although Yael publicly stood by her estranged husband's side during his infamous feud with Taylor Swift, in private, she was mortified by how Scooter treated the “Fearless” songstress.

Yael came to Scooter’s defense on social media after Swift accused him of being a bully. “Girl, who are you to talk about bullying?", the F**k Cancer founder wrote via Instagram in 2019. “The world has watched you collect and drop friends like wilted flowers. My husband is anything but a bully, he’s spent his life standing up for people and causes he believes in.”

Despite the public sign of support, sources noted that Yael was disgusted by how the ordeal played out.

Scooter also manages superstars Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Carly Rae Jepsen, J. Balvin and more.
