The tattoo located on her backside read, “Yes sir, Mr. El Moussa,” in cursive writing. "Happy Valentine's Day Mr. El Moussa ❤️💍 @therealtarekelmoussa," Young captioned the since-deleted post. "I love you handsome! Best Friends Forever."
"Forever and ever and ever❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️," the Flip or Flop star replied to his fiancée’s steamy post. "Love you so much," Young shot back.

El Moussa and the Selling Sunset star began dating in 2019 and announced their engagement in July 2020. Shortly after the proposal OK! exclusively learned the couple’s plans for their nuptials.
A pal claimed the reality stars are planning a luxe celebration near their Newport Beach, Calif., home "late this summer, complete with a lavish reception, gourmet menu and plans to sail away on their very own love boat!"
The friend added that El Moussa, 39, told his bride, 33, "to spend what she wants — money is of no concern — and that he'll even foot the cost for the bridesmaids' dresses and pre-wedding parties." The source said, "She makes him feel incredible, and that's going to be reflected in the wedding they're planning."
There is no doubt Young will look stunning in her wedding gown at the altar as the reality TV star is a natural beauty.
