Sports media personality Colin Cowherd has scored himself a swanky new Los Angeles estate
With the help of Mary Lu Tuthill from Coldwell Banker Realty, Cowherd, 57, purchased his new abode for $6.9 million on February 22.
The broadcaster's latest purchase comes just days after he sold his other home in the sunny state for $6.9 million. He first bought his Manhattan Beach property in 2018 for $6,525,000. In addition, Cowherd owns a six-bedroom, seven-bath estate in Park City, Utah, which he bought in December 2017.

The five-bedroom, six-bath estate offers the comfort and sensibility of a vacation home.
The vaulted and coffered ceilings, wood floors and East Coast details can be seen throughout the home.
The sophisticated yet informal living room offers a marble fireplace and oversized windows with views of the manicured lawn.
The chef's kitchen serves as the hub of the home, as the oversized room offers plenty of marble countertop space, an island and top-of-the-line appliances.
The masterful dining room, off the entranceway, is ideal for a family gathering during the holidays or upscale date-night in.
The beautiful master suite serves as a romantic retreat. The oasis offers a reading alcove and office area that opens to a porch.
The deluxe master bathroom is fit for a King or Queen.
Apart from the large media room (which is an obvious bonus to the extravagant home), the property also includes a sun room, paneled office and wine room.
Whether be hosting an A-list gathering or simply enjoying the sun with friends, the backyard is an absolute dream.
The home is the perfect balance between upscale luxury and a cozy vacation home.
