Wendy Williams Speaks Out! Former Talk Show Host Condemns Wells Fargo, Bernie Young For Guardianship Petition Amid Ongoing Lawsuit
Wendy Williams is breaking her silence!
The former talk show host took to Instagram to slam ex financial advisor Lori Schiller, her former manager Bernie Young — who she fired earlier this year — and Wells Fargo as her uphill battle to unfreeze her accounts rages on.
Following reports that Young had filed documents to obtain legal guardianship of Williams in order to gain access to her bank accounts, the ailing television personality is setting the record straight.
"I’m tired of everyone speaking as if they’re me in this scenario," she captioned the video. "It’s time I let all of my 💕loving 💕 supporters know what’s really been going on with Wendy."
The legal mess first occurred after Wells Fargo froze Williams' access to her finances, claiming she was being financially exploited and mentally unfit to handle her own affairs. The talk show host has since denied all such claims and insists this is the work of a "disgruntled" former employee.

"My thing is that I've been asking questions about my money, and when I began asking questions about my money, suddenly Lori Schiller has got no response regarding my money," the 57-year-old stated in the the lengthy Instagram clip. "I want my money. This is not fair. And Wells Fargo has no questions and answers with regarding my money."
She went on to allege that Schiller, Young and Wells Fargo were in cahoots in regards to the recent filing for legal guardianship in order to continue to steal money from her.
“And this guy named Bernie Young. I know for a fact, that Bernie Young used my American Express card to hire an attorney to file a petition against me,” she continued. “Bernie Young, you’re no good, and this is not fair at all.”
“And then there’s this person … a former doctor, okay? Had medical information about me that I never even got. It was sent over to Lori Schiller,” she explained. “Again, all I wanna know is where is my money. This is not right, and certainly, this is not fair.”
Williams also stated that "without evidence" the New York court system is now being "weird" to her because of Wells Fargo's actions that were reportedly spurred on by Schiller and Young's claims about her mental health.
The show host's lawsuit against the bank has since been sealed to the public, but there is currently no end in sight as the embattled former DJ continues to fight for her right to access her bank accounts.
