Dolly Parton passed away at 80 after a brief battle with cancer.

"When Mom passed, Dolly showed up for me in a way I’ll never forget. That’s who she was—she showed up. She was family," she recalled in her tribute. "She was a light in my life and in the lives of millions of people who may never have had the privilege of knowing her personally, but somehow felt like they did."

"There will never be another Dolly," she added.

Wynonna described a world without Dolly as "unthinkable," as she uploaded photos of the pair smiling together in their youth and throughout several points in their country music careers.

Dolly Parton acted as 'family' to Wynonna Judd when Naomi Judd died.

"The mark she left on music, our culture and the human spirit is greater than any of us could ever hope to leave behind," Wynonna gushed, later concluding her statement with, "From one mountain woman to another, I will always love you."

Dolly's nephew Bryan Seaver confirmed her death across social media channels on Tuesday.

"This video announcement is something Dolly asked of me years ago before I fully absorbed it as a future reality," he shared. "I have imagined the heaviness of this moment, but haven’t truly felt it until now. It is an honor, an honor that is mixed with absolute pride and great sadness. But sadness lies with us, not with Dolly."

"Dolly has lived in the light and is in the arms of Jesus. Surely met by Carl, her parents and countless others who have watched her and longed for her to meet them in the heavens," he stated.

Wynonna Judd said there would never be another Dolly Parton.

Wynonna's half-sister, Ashley Judd, shared a tribute of her own for Dolly, whom she recalled seeing in concert when she was a child with her late mother. She, too, emphasized how important Dolly had been to their family and especially Naomi.

"I fell asleep at my first concert, my head in my mother’s lap," she remembered. "I was 8 years old, and it was a school night. It was precious to be on my mommy’s lap. She rarely took me anywhere, but this was a life event for all of us."

Ashley recalled her mother scrounging together the money to "haul" her siblings to hear "the voice, that voice, Dolly Parton’s voice."

The actress called Dolly "smart," going on about how she admired her musical genius. Ashley revealed that Dolly even gave her parents a heartwarming gift for their wedding day.

"For Mom and Pop’s wedding, she had a double wedding ring quilt made for them. That kind of says it all, doesn’t it?" she noted. "Aunt Dolly, my mother loved and revered you. She idolized you."

"A professional’s professional," she concluded. "You made everybody around you kinder and better as we were dazzled and mesmerized."
