Zayn Malik Resurfaces After Split From Gigi Hadid, Fight With Yolanda Hadid As Family Pleads For Him To Come Home
He’s back!
Zayn Malik resurfaced online after a tumultuous couple of weeks. The former 1D boybander shared a snap via Instagram on Thursday, November 11.
“DROPHEAD,” he captioned a photo of him wearing sunglasses promoting his collaboration with brand arnette. It’s the first photo he’s shared on the ‘Gram since his alleged fight with ex Gigi Hadid’s mom Yolanda Hadid dominated headlines.
His absence was felt by his over 43 million followers as they flooded his comment section with heart emojis and sending him lots of love.
As OK! previously reported, Yolanda and the "Better" singer's altercation began when the Believe Me author "barged" into her daughter's Pennsylvania home while she was out of town and Malik was spending time with their daughter.
An explosive argument erupted with Malik allegedly shoving Yolanda against a dresser, causing her “emotional distress” and pain. The 28-year-old pleaded “no contest” to 4 separate criminal charges.

Following the horrific ordeal, sources confirmed the “Pillowtalk” crooner and Gigi called it quits. The duo had an on-again, off-again relationship since 2015, with the famed pair most recently reconnecting in January. The former flames share daughter Khai, 1.
With Malik suffering a few setbacks, including being reportedly dropped from his record label, sources spilled his family is begging for him to return home to England. “Zayn is having a hard time right now and his family just want him to return home to Bradford,” the insider explained.
“For Zayn’s mum, she is having to watch her son struggle thousands of miles away and it is really difficult for her,” the source said. “A mother’s instinct is to protect her child and that is all she wants for Zayn.”
Malik’s family is “hopeful he will be able to come home at some point so they can spend time with him.”
