Denise Richards Shuts Down 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Exit Rumors With Just One Tweet
Denise Richards confirmed she didn't quit the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with just a single tweet on January 29. The actress denied she was leaving the long running Bravo series after months of speculation.
Rumors started swirling in October 2019 that Denise was absent from filming the show with the rest of her castmates. A month later, the RHOBH cast flew to Rome for a vacation, however, Denise "pleaded with producers" to let her skip the trip amid tension with her costars. “Denise Richards really did not want to go to Rome at all after struggling to jive with the cast this season,” an insider close to production told to HollywoodLife.com at the time.
“Denise had multiple conversations where she pleaded with producers to stay behind, but they really wanted her there and it’s her job, so she went,” the source added. “She doesn’t seem to be enjoying doing the show as much this season and nobody would be surprised if it were to be her last."

Denise has been having issues with costars Brandi Glanville and Lisa Rinna. On December 17, 2019, Lisa, 56, called Denise out for not attending Dorit Kemsley's cast party.
An insider dished to Us Weekly in December that the mother of three has "had enough" of her former BFF's antics and "passive aggressive" behavior. "Behind the scenes, Lisa Rinna is continuing to be the instigator and continuously stir the pot for maximum drama. Rinna does this to make herself relevant and maintaining job security,” the source also revealed to the publication.
The Melrose Place alum reportedly divulged during the trip to Italy that Denise and Brandi, 47, had an affair in early 2019. Denise's rep denied the affair on January 8.
On January 16, Brandi tweeted that she is willing to take a lie detector test to prove that she and Denise hooked up. She wrote, "I am not lying about ANYTHING that I said on housewives and I'm willing to take a lie detector test and let’s be clear I was not EVEN the aggressor!!!! There is a huge difference between hooking up with someone a couple of times and having a romantic relationship with someone."
