Kim Kardashian Enlists Kylie Jenner To Do Her Makeup For Her Birthday Party In Palm Springs

Kim Kardashian celebrated her birthday with her famous family at Kris Jenner's Palm Springs mansion on Saturday, October 19, but there was one person who was noticeably missing ... her mom! The momager skipped the festivities to attend Jennifer Lawrence's wedding to Cooke Maroney in Rhode Island. Another shocking surprise was that her reclusive brother Rob Kardashian made the trip to the desert.
Kim will turn 39 on Monday, October 21 and she got the party started early with sisters Kylie, Kourtney and Khloe, her brother Rob, her children and her friends. It's unclear if husband Kanye West was able to make it, as she didn't feature him in any of the videos she posted to her social media. The KKW Beauty founder must have given her glam squad the day off, because she enlisted Kylie to do her makeup for the occasion.
The table was decorated for a group dinner with peach balloons, party hats, and birthday napkins. "Happy Kim Day," was spelled out in giant gold letters as the center piece, and a private chef was on hand to whip up a yummy meal.
Pal Larsa Pippen posted a video to her Instagram Stories that showed there were well over 100 people in attendance for a gathering earlier in the day.

The mother-of-four has a lot to be thankful for as she turns another year older. Her SKIMS shapewear line is a massive success, her marriage to her rapper hubby has never been stronger, and she's set to become a lawyer if all goes to plan and she passes the California bar exam after law school.
Kim's desire to become an attorney was spurred by her passion for prison reform. She recently learned about the case of Robert Reed, a Texas death row inmate who is set to be executed despite overwhelming evidence that he is innocent. She hopped on Twitter to plead for a stay of execution for Robert on October 18. "I just saw the movie Just Mercy, the film about Bryan Stevenson's book starring Jamie Foxx & Michael B Jordan. Wow I cried!!! I know it doesn't come out until January but you all have to see this!!! It's a true glimpse into the injustice that still happens today," she tweeted.
She continued, "After watching the movie I opened up my computer & opened up my email about a case I had recently been investigating @freerodneyreed. I have been hearing about him and his story for the last week. On Nov. 20, Texas will execute Rodney Reed. I believe he is innocent. PLEASE @govabbott How can you execute a man when since his trial, substantial evidence that would exonerate Rodney Reed has come forward and even implicates the other person of interest. I URGE YOU TO DO THE RIGHT THING."
