Nick Gordon Facing Possible Murder Charges As Georgia D.A. Assembles Grand Jury For Bobbi Kristina Brown Death Case

The civil lawsuit filed against Nick Gordon by Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate has taken a new twist now that RadarOnline.com has revealed a grand jury is being assembled by the district attorney over the case.
A source told RadarOnline.com on Monday that Gordon and his lawyer, Jose Baez, are keeping close watch over the case’s latest updates.
“The District Attorney is convening a secret grand jury and it’s likely to result in charges against Nick Gordon,” the source said. But the actual charges that Gordon may be facing remains unknown.
“It’s likely the other people in the house the morning she was found unresponsive will be called to testify. But it doesn’t appear that Nick will be called because the D.A. doesn’t want to give away their hand in preparation of a possible trial,” the insider continued.

At this time, the source said it is believed that Gordon’s friend Max Lomas and Lomas’ girlfriend, Danyela Bradley, will likely testify about the case in front of the grand jury. Both Lomas and Bradley were present in the home Gordon shared with Bobbi Kris when the late daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston was discovered unresponsive in a bathtub. And it was Lomas who called 911 on the day of the Jan 31 incident.
Gordon has continued to deny the claims in the civil suit against him that he beat and drugged Bobbi Kris on the day of her near-drowning.
But Bobby recently spoke out about the case, saying that he thinks his late daughter’s boyfriend played a part in her hospitalization. “We believe we know who harmed her and his name is Nick Gordon,” Bobby’s lawyer Christopher Brown said in a recent statement.
