The first known accusation was in 2008 on the first episode of the second season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians when Kourtney read a text on Scott's phone, which led her to believe he’s been cheating.
The following year, while pregnant with their first child Mason, Kourtney put Scott to the test, Star magazine reported. “Kourtney heard whispers about him cheating while he was partying in the Hamptons this summer, and she eventually threw him out,” an insider said. “The only chance to save his relationship was to prove his innocence with a lie detector test.”
He has a type! In Touch reported in June 2010 that Scott was being “flirtatious” with a Kourtney lookalike named Olcay Gulsen and went to her hotel room at the Beverly Hills Montage for an hour.
There was a rumor in 2011 that Scott hooked up with Kristin Cavallari, but the former Hills star later said “it’s 100 percent not true” because she was—and still is—in a “committed relationship” with Jay Cutler.

Maybe he likes blondes? When Penelope Disick was four months old in 2012, Disick spent $20,000 at LIV nightclub in Miami with Wilmer Valderrama on November 4, according to Star magazine, and "spent the night flirting with a big-boobed blonde waitress" and “took the waitress and a bunch of other’s girls back to Wilmer’s suite.”
In 2012, The Daily reported that Scott was seen with a “hot blonde” at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut while Kourtney was filming Kourtney & Kim Take Miami. "Disick seemed to be loving the bachelor lifestyle,” the site said.
Her sister warned her! In a 2013 episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kim warned her big sister that Scott thinks Kourt only cares about the kids and not the Lord. “He’s going to cheat on you and it’ll be your fault,” Kim said.
And it may have happened! Star magazine reported in May 2013 that Scott left London’s Cuckoo Club with a blonde on each arm while Kourtney was in Greece with the kids—and filming their reality show.

Too close for comfort? Scott was once busted in bed with Kourtney’s younger sister, Khloe Kardashian, who yelled at him for wanting to spend the night in her room. “You can’t sleep at night with me. You have to sleep with your wife, who’s pregnant,” she said, though Scott and Kourtney are not married.

It continues on. RadarOnline reported that Disick was “wasted” and made out with a 21-year-old recent University of Buffalo graduate at NYC’s 1OAK on May 31, 2014.

Scott also got hot during a very cold Aspen ski trip with a woman from New York in his hotel room, RadarOnline reported.

A 21-year-old woman named Jessica Hannah Osbourne told HollywoodLife.com that she was asked to go back to Scott’s suite by a woman “scouting” for Scott at Hashtag Chesire Club in February 2015.

In 2015, Scott’s BFF and ex manager David Weintraub said that Disick has cheated with "countless" women over the years. "In Las Vegas about a year ago, Scott and the rapper Tyga were partying at a strip club," he said. "Scott was doing drugs and making out with the girls. Then he grabbed two strippers and went into the private room, where anything can happen."
Weintraub added that he once even gave a mistress in Miami a new Mercedes and $200,000 to keep quiet about their affair.
His latest tryst involved a “hot young 21-year-old,” who he brought back to his hotel at Trump Soho in New York City in June 2015.
And worst of all, she knows all about it! “Scott has been cheating on Kourtney for a long time,” a source told Radar. “And she’s with him because of their children.”
