PHOTOS'It's Showing' — Shannon Beador Reveals She’s Stopped Exercising Amid 'RHOC' Stress

RHOC star Shannon Beador has been going hard at the gym over the past couple of months, but now the reality star has announced she's taking break from all that exercise.
Shannon has posted several videos on social media of her breaking a sweat at the gym with her personal trainer.
Weight has been something that she’s discussed quite often on RHOC, as she blamed her cheating estranged husband David for her 40-pound weight gain.
Some of her costars have supported Shannon through her weight loss battle, notably former BFF Tamra Judge who praised her back in June. Her other ‘Amiga’, Vicki Gunvalson, has done a bit of the opposite by poking fun at her weight on a recent RHOC episode.
Shannon revealed on Instagram Friday that she’s taken a couple of weeks off from exercising since they filmed the season 13 reunion, which took place late last month. “It’s showing,” she said in relation to her time away from the gym, “it’s not good.”

“I’m going to get back to it, to this exercise and clean eating stuff and I’m going to be one of those people that is gonna continually lose a little bit of weight during the holidays… hopefully.”
The stress of the show has been weighing on Shannon, whose mental state was mentioned over the past season by her costars.
She's stuck with the natural route when it comes to losing the weight, although that's not entirely the case regarding the rest of her body. Shannon underwent plastic surgery during a recent episode of RHOC this season, where she got her eyelids done for the world to see.
