The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 43, was released from prison at 5:01 a.m. and made her way back to her Montville, New Jersey home at 5:30 a.m.
Joe Giudice, 43, was seen waiting for Teresa in the family garage as her SUV dropped her off.
Teresa has spent the past year in the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn. for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.
