Now that Edward Duke is almost a year old, Giuliana Rancic is said to be ready for baby number 2! After Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011, she and husband Bill chose to use a surrogate. When asked about having another baby through the same method, Giuliana said, "We'd only be so lucky." The Rancic's seem like such a happy family, so we hope they do add another little one to their lives to bring them even more joy!
