Kris Humphries Says he Has Proof Kim Kardashian Set Him Up; Possibly Makes Fun of Kanye West In Video

As we all know, Kris Humphries feels that his marriage was a fraud, and that Kim Kardashian knew it. And now, Kris is saying he has proof: an email from Kourtney & Kim Take New York producers asking him to confront Kim's BFF Jonathan Cheban about his sexuality.

A source told RadarOnline: "Kris has written proof that he was instructed to ask Jonathan the very personal question, and Kim's team will be presented with this evidence during their deposition. It's Kris' contention that this only further provides proof that this relationship was far from real — he was set up by producers to ask the question — then made to look bad — and the entire scenario was staged, it was methodically planned out, just like the rest of their time together, it seems."

Whoa. Well, it's certainly no surprise to anyone with a brain that reality shows are staged, but do you think there was always an intent to defame Kris?

RadarOnline previously reported that Kris' lawyers want to depose Kim on camera, and she is reluctant to comply. Kind of odd, considering she does nearly everything else on camera, but hey, who are we to judge? Last week, OK! reported that Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser, told a judge that delays in the case are because of Kris' desire for an annulment and his "personal feelings" about the case.
