Zoe's diet has changed drastically, as her trainer, Steve Moyer, cut out gluten, soy and starchy carbs. An average meal plan now includes 2 egg whites and 1 yolk scrambled with 1/4 cup of ham for breakfast, and a 4 oz. grilled chicken breast with a cup of steamed zucchini for dinner.
