OK!: How do you feel after the confrontation with Sean?
AshLee Frazier: I feel really good. I’m glad it’s over. I’m glad it’s all said and done. I’m glad I’m just able to put to rest how I’ve been feeling and kind of what I went through with this experience.
OK! EXCLUSIVE: SEAN LOWE GIVES HIS SIDE OF THE AWKWARD WOMEN TELL ALL CONFRONTATION WITH ASHLEE
OK!: You initially said you had closure but then when Sean came on the floodgates opened – did talking to him help you at all?
AF: Well once I finally sat with him, I started remembering all these other things. So I was like oh yeah, this lead to that and this lead to that and so to me this was a real relationship. These were real feelings and I was really invested in this. I can’t hide how I was really feeling in that moment. And yes I’ve had time to put to rest everything because time does heal things.
OK!: But when he says something didn’t happen and you insist it did – that must be frustrating?
AF: Yes I didn’t expect that one. His answer I definitely can say I didn’t expect that. I should have thought about that but I didn’t. It is what it is.
OK!: Does the conflict change your opinion of him?
AF: No – it just shows me who Sean is and he’s not one to own up to something he says and I didn’t even go as tough as I thought I’d be on him because, again I’ve had time to heal, so I went back and I knew this was coming so I pulled my diary out and I read back through all the things I had been writing about to him this whole time. And the very next morning that line, and a few other ones, I had written in my diary and I thought, why don’t I find out why he said that to me and then send me home four days later. I didn’t understand that. But it is what it is.
OK!: Are you glad now that he sent you home?
AF: Yes. Because if he can’t own up to that… I mean he made the best decision for him so..
OK! NEWS: 'THE BACHELOR' BAD GIRL TIERRA LICAUSI'S SHOCK ENGAGEMENT
OK!: Who do you think out of the two girls is best suited to him?
It’s a tie. I mean really honestly and truly he has great qualities in both girls to choose from. I think they both bring something a little different to the table, different dynamics, different families and you know it’s whatever he feels in his heart that he has best chemistry with.

OK!: How have things been for you since you’ve left – going from a fantasy world back to reality?
AF: It’s been a different adjustment. People recognize you when you’re out and that’s fine. I’m back to work. I haven’t been dating obviously. I can’t.
OK! NEWS: TIERRA LICAUSI'S MOST TIERRABLE MOMENTS
OK!: Well you can, Tierra LiCausi got engaged
AF: Oh you can.. Are you supposed to? No! It’ll be interesting after Women Tell All airs to see what really happens.
OK!: Are you ready to start dating again?
AF: Absolutely yes. I don’t take anything away from this but positivity and I was able to love and get back into this and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. And I wouldn’t change anything because at the end of the day it changed my life and I’m a better person because of this. It felt good to give my heart to somebody.
OK!: Would you be open to being the next Bachelorette?
AF: I would consider it. I loved the diving in. I loved the forcing yourself to do this. I love that. I’m older, I’m 32 and I don’t have a lot of time to waste because… I’m 32. I’ll be 33 this year.
OK!: How did you feel when you first saw Sean today for the first time in a long time?
AF: I felt the need to not be as tough as I really thought I was going to be on him. I’ve had time to get over this so I’m like uh, I’m not going to cry or anything. So let me really dive in and get to the bottom of what I felt really needed to be discussed. But he’s a good looking guy and it felt good to see him and I’m glad I got the ultimate final closure.
OK! NEWS: BACHELOR SURVIVAL GUIDE: SEVEN THINGS YOU'D NEED TO COMPETE ON 'THE BACHELOR'
OK!: You have an amazing body, how do you stay in such great shape?
AF: Before the show I was a die hard workout fan. I worked out everyday I did pilates, I ate super perfect before the show. Lean turkey, egg whites and water. I was like so serious about it. And when I came back home I wasn’t so tough. I love my pilates, I love my yoga and I do it when I can. I’m not as strict on myself as I was before because I was miserable eating turkey every day.
OK!: What made you change your way of eating?
AF: Now I kind of get what it’s about. And I realize I don’t look so bad on camera. I still can pick myself apart. I’m really a tough person out there. I learned to relax a little bit.
OK! NEWS: THREE BACHELOR DATES YOU'D MOST LIKE TO GO ON
OK!: Who’s your celebrity crush?
AF: Well let me keep number one quiet.. But Chris Harrison isn’t a bad looking guy.
OK!: And he’s single now..
AF: I’ve heard (laughs). Bradley Cooper isn’t a bad looking guy either.
