Amber Heard & Elon Musk Allegedly Once Locked In Legal Battle Over Frozen Embryos Following Johnny Depp Divorce
As the $50 million defamation trial between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp continues, witnesses revealed new information about the Aquaman actress' complicated relationship with tech mogul Elon Musk.
According to a shocking court statement obtained by Radar, Jennifer Howell, the former boss of Amber's sister, Whitney Henriquez, claimed the ex couple had been involved in legal proceedings due to a disagreement over frozen embryos.
Jennifer claimed she previously spent time with Amber's mother, Paige, who talked with her in detail about the All the Boys Love Mandy Lane star's relationship with Elon.
"Paige told me that Amber said Elon was controlling, abusive, and that she was in a legal battle with him over the rights to embryos that they had created together," she recalled, adding that the billionaire wanted the embryos destroyed after they called it quits on their on-and-off romance, but Amber wanted to keep them.

"Paige also told me the reason Johnny and Amber broke up was because Amber was violent and emotional and loved Johnny so much that she could not control it," the statement continued.
The Zombieland actress later welcomed daughter Oonagh Paige, 1, via surrogate in April 2021. She's never revealed the name of the baby's father. She also has not specified if she knew the donor personally or if he is presently involved in their daughter's life.

As OK! previously reported, Amber and the Elon started dating shortly after she filed for divorce from the Pirates of the Caribbean actor in 2016. The embattled actress recently explained how they became friends while at the Met Gala in a testimony on Monday, May 16.
"I didn't recognize him until we started talking. He'd reminded me we'd met once before. We spoke on the red carpet in the waiting line. He was with his mother," she said of the Tesla CEO. "He seemed like a real gentleman, he was really nice. He sat next to me, he sat kind of in a nearby table and we got to speaking that night and then eventually became friends."
Today marks day 18 of the bombshell defamation trial. Closing arguments are scheduled to begin on Friday, May 27.
