Angelina Jolie Picks Up Flowers With 'Sad' Daughter Vivienne In L.A. Days After Brad Pitt Spotted In Wheelchair — Photos

Hollywood legend Angelina Jolie was spotted appearing to comfort her visibly upset 12-year-old daughter Vivienne Jolie-Pitt — whom she shares with estranged ex Brad Pitt — on Thursday, April 15, as the two shopped for flowers.

Vivienne can be seen with a bouquet of flowers in one hand with her famous mom’s arm wrapped around her in Los Angeles. An onlooker tells OK! that Jolie and her daughter were in the “flower shop for about five minutes” and that “Vivienne looked kind of sad,” adding her mother was “trying to cheer her up.”

It is unclear what had the teenager shook up, but the outing comes shortly after OK! reported that Vivienne’s father, Pitt, is “heartbroken” and feels distant from his children: Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12. It should also be noted that Pitt was recently spotted leaving a medical center in a wheelchair earlier this week, though it was said to just be standard practice following a dental procedure, according to Page Six.

Although the former flames have been declared legally single in 2019, their custody battle still rages on, and they have been in court since 2016. An insider recently revealed to OK! that Jolie is considering a tell-all interview (Meghan Markle/Oprah Winfrey style) detailing her “roller-coaster romance” with Pitt and wants "her side of the story" to be heard.

"Angie applauds people who stand up for themselves, and she thought it was so brave of Meghan to go on air instead of suffering in silence," the source dished. "She feels like she's been holding her tongue for years since her legal case is still looming. But it doesn't make her any less determined to have her say at the right time."

Pitt is seeking 50/50 joint physical and legal custody of the children, while Jolie is fighting tooth and nail against him getting his way (although the terms she would be OK with haven’t been disclosed).
