Paige Lorenze — who was previously linked to Armie Hammer — released a tearful video about moving out of Los Angeles and an interesting relationship she had while she lived there, as the actor's alleged messages continue to take the internet by storm.
After getting out of a serious relationship, Lorenze moved to L.A. She then started dating a new guy, who is believed to be Hammer.
"I ended up showing up and instantly got into a relationship with someone because I was super vulnerable, super heartbroken, and I just wanted someone to distract me. I ended seeing someone and it was the strangest … and that’s a whole other thing that I don’t want to talk about right now. This is really hard to talk about," Lorenze — who recently tweeted, "anyone got a good therapist?" — said in the video.
"The whole thing is honestly like really hard for me to talk about. I was just really not in a good place. And I allowed a lot of things to happen that I wasn’t OK with and numbed myself. L.A. was not a good experience for me," she continued.
"The experience I had in the relationship that I had here probably affected my experience in L.A. negatively, but there were also a lot of other things I didn’t like about L.A.," she shared.
Lorenze is not the only woman linked to Hammer who has had something to say.
"If you are still questioning whether or not those Armie Hammer DMs are real (and they are) maybe you should start questioning why we live in a culture willing to give abusers the benefit of the doubt instead of victims. 🤔 TW// sexual violence," Jessica Ciencin Henriquez tweeted, adding screenshots from the disturbing messages that were allegedly sent by Hammer.
"He said to me he wants to break my rib and barbecue and eat it," Courtney Vucekovich revealed about The Social Network star. "He says, I want to take a bite out of you. If I had a little cut on my hand he’d like suck it or lick it."
"He quickly grooms you in the relationship," she said. "He kind of captivates you and while being charming, he’s grooming you for these things that are darker and heavier and consuming."
Meanwhile, Bella Thorne involved herself in the scandal and came to Hammer’s defense.
"I honestly can’t believe this … people are crazy to fake this kinda s**t this poor guy and his kids like leave him and his family alone. No way he’s a freaking CANNIBAL," Thorne wrote on her Instagram Story.
In the gruesome messages, Hammer allegedly details killing a deer and eating its heart raw. "I need to eat your entire body. I need to touch every part of you, inside and out ... I want to bite pieces off of you," one message read.
In other messages, Hammer allegedly referred to himself as a cannibal and told an unidentified woman that he wanted to "chase [her] down and pounce on [her] so fast," adding that "you’ll need something strong to hold me back from you."
In light of the allegations, Hammer refused to respond to the "bull**t claims" but stepped down from his upcoming role in Shotgun Wedding.
