In a shocking twist in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's bitter It Ends With Us legal feud, a judge has dismissed the Gossip Girl actress' bombshell sexual harassment lawsuit against her costar and director.

On Thursday, April 2, Judge Lewis Liman ruled to toss 10 of the 13 claims Lively made against Baldoni following the release of the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's hit novel It Ends With Us in 2024.

The judge dismissed Lively's 10 claims of harassment, defamation and conspiracy, but allowed three claims — including breach of contract, retaliation and aiding and abetting in retaliation — to proceed to trial next month.

In a statement to TMZ, Lively's lawyer, Sigrid McCawley, declared: "This case has always been and will remain focused on the devastating retaliation and the extraordinary steps the defendants took to destroy Blake Lively’s reputation because she stood up for safety on the set and that is the case that is going to trial."

Justin Baldoni was accused of conducting a 'smear campaign' against Blake Lively following the release of 'It Ends With Us' in 2024.

Among other sexual harassment claims included Baldoni allegedly making unwelcome comments about her appearance and weight.

Lively additionally claimed Baldoni told her, “Sorry, I missed the sexual harassment training,” after making an inappropriate remark before filming. The Jane the Virgin actor said he had been joking about the wardrobe for the scene.

Since the judge didn’t dismiss three of Lively’s claims — including retaliation — the A-listers are still scheduled to go to trial on May 18.
