The California Highway Patrol officer issued the 41-year-old a traffic ticket for the wrongful turn, leaving Spears with a $327 fine to pay by November 21, according to court records obtained by a news publication.

Spears' most recent ticket marks the second time she was stopped by cops within the last two months.

As OK! previously reported, the "Toxic" singer's white Mercedes was pulled over in September after Spears was allegedly speeding in Ventura County, Calif.

Police proceeded to cite her for driving without possession of a valid license and failing to provide proof of insurance.

As a result, Spears was hit with $1,140 in fines, though online records show she already paid off that balance, according to the news outlet.

"Britney at all times had a license and insurance; this is the functional equivalent of a parking ticket," her attorney explained to a second news publication at the time, as a source reiterated Spears "had and has insurance and a license."

If she wanted to challenge the first offenses, Spears would have had to appear in court on Tuesday, October 24, the same day her tell-all memoir, The Woman in Me, was officially released to the public.

Luckily, she already paid the first set of fines, so she won't have to head to the court room on what should be a special day.

Driving is among one of the aspects of Spears' life she only regained the freedom to do within the last few years.

Spears was re-granted the right to get back behind the wheel in July 2021 — mere months before she was officially freed from her 13-year abusive conservatorship in November of that same year.

Prior to being placed under her conservatorship in 2008, Spears had numerous infractions related to driving, including running red lights, committing illegal turns, texting while driving and crossing double yellow lines. At one point she even allegedly ran over a police officer's, as well as several paparazzis', feet.

All of the wrongdoings behind the wheel caused her father, Jamie, to remove her right to drive once he placed her under his control.
