"I think Lindsay, obviously, she’s going to need a strong man. Someone who takes great care of [daughter] Gemma. Someone who can support and champion Lindsay and her career and her success. Someone who’s down for whatever. There’s someone out there for that, for sure," the reality star, 41, who joined Breakstone's "America's Most Tired" activation in New York City's Union Square, helping busy New Yorkers take a much-needed pause at the Breakstone's Reset Pod, exclusively told OK!.

"And then with Kyle, listen, I think he needs someone that’s also a go-getter and very driven. Someone who’s really aligned with Kyle’s work-hard, play-hard. I think someone who’s an entrepreneur or maybe someone who has really built their own business or company. I think Kyle would have a lot to talk about at the dinner table with another person who’s in business. I think they’re both in their single era, having fun. But hey, cuffing season is just right around the corner," he joked.

After Cooke and Amanda Batula split earlier this year, she got together with her best friend Ciara Miller's ex West Wilson, creating drama for the whole Summer House cast.

Fortunately, the Soft Bar founder has found the silver lining in the situation.

"The whole thing has been interesting, and I think the fact that Lindsay and I have gotten back to where our friendship was even before we were romantic, it’s really special. It feels like it’s a new type of friendship — and seeing her as a mom, it’s a testament to our friend group. Everybody wants each other to win. I want Kyle to succeed. I want Lindsay to succeed. But we’re stronger together," he shared. "I think we realized that this past year when everything was so crazy, because we really had to lean on each other — and even Ciara especially. We have a great core."

"It’s sad that a difficult situation brought us so close, but obviously we’ve rallied, and it’s just been cool to see where we’re at all these years later. I’m so proud of where Lindsay is, and I love our friendship and where we are now. You’ll see on the next season the friendship develop even more," he said of his ex, whom he was engaged to from 2022 until 2023.

The cast has come a long way since the show premiered on Bravo in 2017.

"We actually are friends. We actually hang out outside of work. That’s why Summer House has always been really special, because it’s a real group of friends. Yes, we have our ups and downs. Yes, we fight like cats and dogs. Yes, we party like crazy. Yes, we hook up and all the things. But I think it’s been really beautiful to watch over the years. That’s how friend groups can work. There’s evolution. Of course there’s conflict. But there’s forgiveness, there’s grace, there’s moving on. And you basically watched a lot of us grow up on TV the last 10, 11 years," he noted.

He added, "It’s been really cool to see everybody’s arc. Trust me, I’ve had quite the arc myself, but I feel like I’m still arcing."

After all these years, the businessman, who has been open about his sobriety, still feels like he's just "hanging" with his friends when the show is filming.

"Honest to God, Season 1, day one, I was talking to Kyle, and he was like, 'Obviously, it’s just us doing what we normally do. There are just going to be some cameras,'" he recalled. "For it to be where we’re at now, it’s just been a blessing in so many ways, but the reason I keep coming back is I love my friends. I also have grown from going through this experience, and the growth that I’ve gained and the knowledge I’ve learned about myself, you can’t put a price on it. I don’t think I would have gotten sober. A lot of things in my life might not have happened had I not done Summer House or stuck with it."

"But last is the crew and the team we work with. We have the best production team in reality TV — the cameras, the audio, the sound, the entire group. They come back every year, and it’s a true family. When you work with people, and they give up their weekend — a lot of people on our show, they’re watching you party Friday, Saturday, Sunday with the camera behind you. They’re working. So it’s not an easy job. We’ve been really lucky over the years to have a group that comes back and really gives their all, because you’re only as good as your worst team member, and we don’t have one bad team member," he continued.

For now, the book author is booked and busy — just the way he likes it! From running Soft Bar to marathon training, he always needs to be fueled up and ready to take on the day, which is why partnering with Breakstone was a no-brainer.

The activation comes on the heels of new Breakstone’s research exploring America’s afternoon energy crash. The survey of 2,000 U.S. adults found that the average American hits their energy wall at 2:48 p.m. Breakstone’s is bringing those findings to life with a custom-built Reset Pod in Union Square, giving busy New Yorkers a chance to pause, recharge and reset.

"I’m all about quick, simple, easy, fast, healthy foods with a lot of protein. I am a cottage cheese guy, and we’re here today for a little fun event here in Union Square. We’ve got some fun activations. We’ve got a relaxation lounge. We’ve got some samples of product. We’ve got some cool flavors, like pineapple and mango cottage cheese. It’s all really tasty. So we’re just having some fun in Union Square," the running guru said, adding that he "loved" the snack growing up.

"Breakstone’s was in our fridge, and we also have it at the summer house, too. It’s healthy, and it does kind of hit the spot. The texture’s different than your typical cheese or other protein sources, but the key is it’s very high in protein. So if you’re really working out a lot or really trying to get healthier — and also, today, that afternoon slump. We all hit that 2 to 3 p.m. where you’re like, 'I need a nap,' but sometimes getting more protein, getting a little bit of fuel, that could help propel you for the rest of your day," he added.

Cottage cheese also helps Radke, especially when he's marathon training.

"Listen, am I a perfect eater? No chance in h---. I try to eat healthier. I try to eat a lot during the day when I’m fueling for my runs, but this is just super quick and easy to eat, and it has a lot of flavor. I like simple and easy. For me, I can take it out of the fridge, literally put it in a bowl. I can eat it by itself or top it with granola, honey, cinnamon, peanut butter, sometimes banana or blueberries — which actually just reminded me, I’m going to post a recipe that I made of me making a cottage cheese bowl. It’s like a post-workout recovery cottage cheese bowl. It’s really tasty and, as I said, it’s healthy, and it’s easy. I don’t cook as much as I’d like to, but this is an easy thing, and you feel kind of better about yourself," he said.
