Charlie Sheen Says Denise Richards Should 'Complain To The Judge' Following Reports She Was 'Blindsided' By Child Support Loss
Charlie Sheen has a bold suggestion for his ex-wife.
After hearing that Denise Richards was “blindsided” by the court’s decision to terminate Sheen’s child support, the actor insisted that his wife should take her complaints elsewhere.
“[She] should go down to the courthouse and complain to the judge,” the 56-year-old snapped at a photographer outside a Malibu Whole Foods on Wednesday, October 6, per Page Six.
Sheen’s comment comes just days after a Los Angeles court ruled that the actor will now pay “zero dollars per month” in child support.
As OK! previously reported, Richards was not present at the ruling on Monday, October 4, and apparently wasn’t expecting the judge to suspend the child support for the exes’ two daughters: Sami and Lola.
A source also claimed that the TV personality was “very saddened by the entire situation.”
“Charlie filed two years ago and kept pushing the court date, so Denise was very surprised that it happened while she is out of town filming,” a source revealed earlier this week. “She was blindsided. “He’s manipulating the situation.”

However, another source insisted that Richards “has known about the court date for six months.”
Sheen celebrated his win earlier in the week, telling Us Weekly, “I think what transpired today is extremely fair. It speaks to not just today, but it speaks historically to that same fairness.”
The Two and a Half Men alum has had full custody of the former pair’s daughters since April — and the eldest daughter, Sami, recently claimed she was living in an “abusive household.”
“1 year ago today: trapped in an abusive household, hated myself, would go days without eating or sleeping, insanely depressed, hated school, etc…,” she wrote in a TikTok caption in September.
“Now: finally moved out of the hell house, had a spiritual awakening, own 2 cats, happy single, full of self love, and dropped out of high school :),” she added.
The 17-year-old previously claimed that Richards had thrown her out, so she was living with her dad instead.
“Charlie didn’t support implementing Denise’s rules,” OK! previously learned. “He has a different way of parenting and Sami decided to live with her dad.”
