Private Parents Emma Stone & Dave McCary Secretly Welcomed First Child Earlier This Month: Report
Emma Stone just welcomed her little pebble!
The Oscar-winning actress reportedly welcomed her first child with her husband, comedian-writer-director Dave McCary, on Saturday, March 13, somewhere in L.A. It is still unknown if they welcomed a boy or a girl.
Stone, 32, and her hubby, 35, have been very private about their lives; however, speculation about a possible bun in the oven grew when the La La Land star was spotted on December 30 cradling her growing baby bump while out for a walk with her friend.
OK! previously reported, the couple couldn't be more excited to welcome the newest addition to their family.
"They can't wait to be parents," the OK! source gushed in January, adding that Stone and McCary "have been in total nesting mode, setting up the nursery and ordering things for the baby online."
And while McCary was working on "putting the crib together and baby proofing their house in L.A.," Stone made sure to take "good care of herself, eating right and doing her prenatal exercises," the source said at the time. "Mostly, Emma stays close to home, cooks and watches movies with Dave. She also enjoys walks around her neighborhood because getting outdoors in the fresh air does wonders too."
The lovebirds secretly tied the knot during a private ceremony last September. They were supposed to wed last winter; however, the Hollywood couple had to postpone their plans due to safety concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stone and McCary first met on the set of SNL in 2016 when McCary was directing a taped sketch for the episode — they began dating the following year. While they managed to keep their relationship on the down-low for years, Stone opened up about marriage and kids to pal Jennifer Lawrence in the September 2018 issue of Elle.
“My perspective about kids has changed as I’ve gotten older,” the Easy A star confessed, adding that she once said she was "never getting married" or having kids when she was a teenager. But "then I got older and I was like, I really want to get married, I really want to have kids,” she admitted.
The new parents made their first public appearance together at the 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards, and McCary popped the question later that year in December. The new father proposed — with a pearl engagement ring — to the actress in the SNL office, where they first met, OK! previously reported.
McCary announced their exciting engagement news on Instagram with a selfie of the two. In the snap, Stone was seen grinning while holding up her stunning new ring. Without any other details, Stone's husband captioned the photo with floating heart emojis.
TMZ was the first to reveal Stone gave birth to her first child.
