Jamie Lynn Spears is spilling the tea on her sister, Britney Spears', conservatorship.

The second part of the 30-year-old's interview on Alex Cooper's "Call Her Daddy" podcast aired as she promotes her memoir, Things I Should Have Said.

Jamie Lynn admitted that at first, she didn't know what a conservatorship was, and she thought her family was trying to help the "Toxic" singer.

Jamie Lynn explained that because Britney was in the conservatorship for so much of her life growing up, she thought it was normal. However, the Zoey 101 alum said that when Britney told her she didn't like the way things were happening, she gave her contact details for judges, and spoke to Britney's previous legal team which didn't work out well.

Jamie Lynn said Britney opened up to her when they went to Hawaii together. "She deserved to have the right to speak to somebody, so I spoke with her laywer, and I told him a lot of s**t, and it went nowhere and then people got mad at me," Jamie Lynn recalled.

Later in the interview, the Sweet Magnolias actress said they got "real sister time" on the trip in which she shared information with Britney she felt "could be useful to give to her lawyer at the time to shut down this whole conservatorship." She said Britney wanted to do it so they spoke to her lawyer at the time, but again, it went nowhere.

Jamie Lynn also said she thought the conservatorship would be dissolved if Britney moved to a different state for six months, but she didn't know why her sister did not do so.

The mom-of-two also revealed she messaged both Britney and her fiancé, Sam Asghari, her concerns about her previous attorney. She shared a screenshot of the message where she told her sister about her concerns about her lawyer, and said that Jamie wanted to step down.

The 30-year-old said she suspects people think she was involved in the conservatorship because Britney asked her to oversee a trust for her sons "if something were to happen to her," but she did not take the steps to get involved.

"I never had one part in anything ever in Britney's conservatorship or her life at all regarding the conservatorship," she stressed.

Jamie Lynn said that she would speak to her sister in private throughtout the conservatorship, but sometimes the "Lucky" singer would block her and she didn't know why. She explained that their relationship started to become unhealthy, and "at some point, I had to protect myself too," but added whenever Britney asked for help, she would support her.

Jamie Lynn read a text message Britney allegedly sent her where she said it's not her fault and she was sorry for being angry with her. "Although I'm your big sister, I need you more than you need me and always have," the text read.

Jamie Lynn said when she told Britney about the threats her family receives after some of her sister's social media posts, Britney said she never spoke about Jamie Lynn's kids. "I don't think she cares," the "How Could I Want More" singer admitted.

"I'm just as confused as everyone else is," Jamie Lynn said. She said the "ups and downs" are painful, because one minute they're fine and then they're not.

However, the former pop star added she never asked the Crossroads alum why she unfollowed her on Instagram. "I can't, at this point, engage in something that became so unhealthy for me," she explained. She said she asked Britney to stop posting about her because it's impacting her children, adding she wants to be there for her sister, but not to the point where she can "spread false narratives."

"It's okay for that to be her experience, but I can't have the same exact one, but nobody cares that it was my situaton too," she lamented of growing up in the same family as the Princess of Pop.

Jamie Lynn said she loves her family, especially her sister, but she can't deal with lies. "There has to be some truth out there, and I'm allowed to share it," she added.
