Jana Duggar isn't letting her recent legal woes get in the way of her Christmas spirit!
The 31-year-old mom was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor back in September, which was revealed just days after her embattled brother Josh Duggar was convicted on two counts of possessing and recieving child pornography.
Despite her family's ongoing legal troubles this year, the former 19 Kids and Counting star is spreading holiday cheer just the same.
On Wednesday, December 22, Jana posted a series of festive photos to her Instagram account as she and a group of her siblings visited the Silver Dollar City Theme Park in Branson, Missouri.
She also posted a video featuring a montage of the family outing, which included a light show and a theater performance.
"Christmastime is here!," she captioned the post, which included brothers Jedidiah and Jason Duggar, along with other members from the famous family.
The outing comes just a week after Jana, the second-oldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, publicly addressed the child endangerment charge that was lodged against her earlier this year.

On Tuesday, December 14, she took to her Instagram story to explain the legal drama, insisting that the ordeal was caused by a "scary accident."
"I prefer a more private life, but I know my last name means that everything we do is open to public criticism and interest, especially during this time," Jana began her statement, while appearing to reference her embattled brother's recent child pornography case.
“The raw facts: I was babysitting a few months ago when one of the children wandered outside alone," she explained. "A passerby who saw the child called the police."
The TLC personality continued: "This resulted in a written citation, as well as a follow-up with child welfare who concluded that it was an accident and the child was unharmed. They recognized it was a case of a child slipping out of the house when you turn your back for a moment."
“It all happened so quickly and was scary," she candidly added. “I am grateful for law enforcement and those who protect and serve our community. I was certainly never arrested like some may have implied.”
"In the end I was just upset at myself that it had happened at all, but so thankful it all ended safely and that’s truly what mattered the most to me," she concluded.
Jana is expected to appear for a court hearing on January 10, 2022.
