Jennifer Garner and John Miller appeared close during a rare outing in Brentwood.
Per photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the Elektra actress and CaliGroup CEO were photographed spending time together over Labor Day weekend.
Garner kept things casual with a makeup-free look, wearing a gray sweater and sweats, while Miller wore jeans and a plaid shirt.
Miller affectionately placed a hand on Garner’s arm before the two hugged each other.
The outing came shortly after the pair were spotted together in August, marking their first public sighting in about a year.

Per the Daily Mail, in mid-March 2025, Garner and Miller were spotted on a date night.
The pair were later seen together strolling at the Brentwood Country Mart in Los Angeles, where an eyewitness said they were "holding hands and kissing," also being "very cute with one another."
"They are still going strong and appear to be doing really well," the source shared.
They continued, "They looked happy and at ease, like a married couple that is thriving. They laughed and smiled at each other. Very cute."
Garner has also faced speculation about her relationship with Affleck following his divorce from Jennifer Lopez.

A Stanford Law School graduate, Miller serves as chairman and CEO of CaliGroup, which owns the CaliBurger restaurant chain and invests in technology ventures, including robotics and artificial intelligence.
He also leads PopID, a CaliGroup company focused on facial recognition payment technology.
Away from his business career, Miller shares two children and co-parents with his ex-wife, violinist Caroline Campbell.
