INSIDE KELLY CLARKSON'S 'HORRIBLE' DIVORCE: CHEATING RUMORS, MONEY BATTLE & MORE

As OK! was the first to report, Clarkson’s divorce proceedings with her estranged husband have become increasingly messy, with Blackstock refuting the singer’s allegations that he defrauded her and claims that he doesn’t owe her a penny.

The Voice coach filed a claim to the California Labor Commissioner's Office in October 2020 that her agreement with Starstruck Management (owned by Blackstock and his dad, Narvel) was a "fraudulent and subterfuge device" for her managers to perform "illegal services" as agents, despite being unlicensed in the state of California, and therefore she should get back all the money she earned while under such devices.

Blackstock hit back at the “Because of You” songstress, as he filed legal documents a month later denying all of his exes claims of defrauding her by charging her outlandish fees during the duration of her contract with his management company. The talent agent claimed that Clarkson is not entitled to any money that he, his father or their management company earned while working with her over the past 13 years.

The bitter feud between Clarkson and the Blackstock family began in September, when Starstruck Management Group slapped the singer with a lawsuit claiming she owed them more than $1.4 million in unpaid commissions

The Kelly Clarkson Show host argued that since her management team wasn’t legally licensed in the state of California, all agreements should be “declared void and unenforceable,” and in fact, they should return any money she previously paid to them.

Starstruck’s attorney Bryan Freedman released a statement to ET, saying: “It is unfortunate that Kelly is again attempting to avoid paying commissions that are due and owing to Starstruck to try and achieve some perceived advantage in her ongoing custody and divorce proceedings."

Clarkson filed for divorce from her husband of seven years in June 2020. The pair share two children together: River Rose, 6, and Remington Alexander, 4. Blackstock has two children from his previous marriage: Savannah, 18, and Seth, 13.
