'Disappointed' Khloé Kardashian Reportedly 'Done Falling' For Ex Tristan Thompson's 'Empty Promises,' Ready To 'Move On'
Following Khloé Kardashian's shocking split from accused serial cheater Tristan Thompson, sources are spilling that the reality TV star is feeling “frustrated and disappointed” that the athlete played her for a fool.
Although Thompson had reportedly been unfaithful to Kardashian, sources claim “she really trusted Tristan and felt he was making a genuine effort” to rebuild their crumbling relationship. “She hates that she was wrong about him again," the source continued.
Since their split, the Good American ambassador has been "trying her best to move on" from her failed relationship. "She doesn't ever want to be in this position again," the source dished, adding: "She is done falling for Tristan's empty promises."
Kardashian and the Boston Celtics power forward went public with their relationship in September 2016 and welcomed daughter True in April 2018. (Thompson also shares 4-year-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig.)
Just days before Kardashian was set to give birth, reports surfaced that Tristan had cheated. Despite news of his affair, the reality TV couple stayed together only to find themselves rocked by another cheating scandal in 2019 when it was revealed he had cheated with Jordyn Woods. (Woods denies the two had sex but did claim they kissed after a long night of drinking.)

OK! learned that Khloé and Tristan had just been working through all “cheating rumors” — including Instagram model Sydney Chase’s claim that she hooked up with the father-of-two in April — when reports surfaced of Thompson spotted partying with multiple women in Los Angeles last week.
The athlete was reportedly spotted entering a room with three women at a party on Friday, June 18, before emerging looking “disheveled” minutes later. "Tristan took off into one of the party rooms where everyone goes to hook up,” an insider spilled, OK! reported.
Following the news of their split, Kardashian took to social media to post cryptic quotes about being at “peace.”
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum continued on her Instagram Story earlier this week: "I know I was always true, had the best intentions, came from a good place with all my heart, and I wish the best to everyone, even the ones who wanted nothing more than to spotlight the ugliest parts of me, still wished them well."
