Kristen Stewart stated that she and her wife Dylan Meyer are 'unstoppable' together.

The Twilight star spoke to E! News back in December 2025, where she revealed that the two of them complement each other perfectly due to their "very different, very cohesive energies."

"This might sound totally arrogant, but I think that we’re kind of unstoppable," she said.

Stewart also explained that "[Meyer’s] meditative and she’s very, very macro. I am so micro. It just works."

She even pointed out the difference in their approach to their work, saying, "She’s a consummate writer."

"I write only because I have to. I find it miserable. I like to shoot," she added.

Kristen Stewart admitted that Dylan Meyer was really 'gentle' while directing 'The Wrong Girls.'

The actress reiterated her appreciation for her wife in another interview with E! News, saying, "It's the way that she chooses the people that surround the thing that she loves so much."

"You have to find people that love it just as much, because as a filmmaker, it's yours first, but then it has to transfer," she explained.

Stewart also talked about Meyer's approach to directing on set.

"Dylan has this beautiful, delicate, gentle, inviting ability to be like, ‘This is yours,’" she revealed.

"And so the crew was ready to jump into any hot or cold water for her," she said, before adding, "It was so much fun to make this movie."

Dylan Meyer said she wanted Kristen Stewart to star in 'The Wrong Girls' years before they started dating.

Meyer, 38, who was also present during the interview, piled on praise for her partner. She said that she wanted to collaborate with Stewart for this film long before they became romantically entangled.

"I actually shared it with her probably seven years before we ever reconnected and started dating," she admitted. "When I first met her, I always wanted Kristen to be in the movie."

Meyer cheekily joked to her wife, "That's not why I started dating you."

However, she doubled down on the idea that she thought the 36-year-old would be "the perfect person for the part."

Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer married in 2025 after years of dating.

The couple was first romantically linked in 2019. Although they had met years earlier, they reconnected later through a mutual friend. After years of dating, they tied the knot in 2025 at a small ceremony at Los Angeles’ Casita Del Campo Mexican restaurant.

Their relationship also gave Meyer a unique perspective on why Stewart was the right choice for the project.

Meyer explained, “To know Kristen is to know that she's kind of similar to me and to these characters.”
