Warrant Issued For Lil Mosey Arrest After 'Blueberry Faygo' Rapper Misses Court Date
A warrant has been issued for rapper Lil Mosey's arrest after he reportedly failed to appear in a Washington court this week.
The 19-year-old, who was born Lathan Moses Stanley Echols, is wanted after he missed a court appearance on Wednesday, April 21, following a second-degree rape charge he was slammed with weeks ago.
The warrant is out due to his failure to arrive in court.
The charges stem from an alleged incident that occurred in January. According to TMZ, one of the alleged victims said she consented to having sex with Lil Mosey in a vehicle but then blacked out later in a cabin after drinking White Claws and champagne.
The same woman claimed she recalled the incident in the vehicle and later recalled "being carried by [another man] at the top of the stairs" once inside the cabin and "hitting her head on something," according to an affidavit obtained by Hollywood Life.
She accused Lil Mosey of allegedly getting "on top of her and was pushing her legs up and apart while he was having sex with her," and "blacked out again," according to the affidavit.

After she blacked out again, she allegedly then found another man forcing himself on her.
A friend of the woman reportedly told detectives that she "does not remember much after drinking the champagne," but "remembered waking up in an upstairs bedroom in her bra and underwear and someone said there was video of her having sex," Hollywood Life reported. According to the affidavit, she could not recall "a specific memory of a rape taking place."
According to TMZ, she said she suffered injures which included bruising on her arm, neck and inner knee and got a message from someone at the party that said the men had been talking about "training two girls."
The $50,000 bench warrants have been issued for both Lil Mosey and 18-year-old Francisco P. Prater, The Chronicle reported.
If convicted, Lil Mosey faces up to life in prison.
Lil Mosey's career began in 2016 when he released his song "So Bad" on SoundCloud and is best known for his 2020 hit "Blueberry Faygo."
