Matt Damon went viral online for his heartwarming reaction during a Disneyland visit.

The incident drew attention when a woman named Loryn Powell posted a video on her Instagram account depicting her toddler daughter meeting Goofy for the first time last week.

She was accompanied by her father, who sat on his haunches beside her on the floor, as the Mickey Mouse legend approached the pair.

Damon stood in the background of the clip, smiling down at the sweet moment unfolding before him.

In Powell’s video, her young daughter waits enthusiastically for Goofy to come to her while standing by her father's side; Powell stands behind a fence, recording the pair.

As soon as the beloved Disney character came near, the little girl threw her arms around him in a hug, and the person in the suit immediately reciprocated. Her father, too, beamed while sitting beside her.

The Interstellar star wore a grey button-down shirt, a black cap, white trousers, and white sneakers for his Disneyland visit. He hung his black shades from the front of his shirt while he seemingly tried to go unnoticed among the crowd gathered at the park.

“POV you’re watching your husband and daughter meet Goofy for the first time but don’t realize Matt Damon is also watching your husband and daughter meet Goofy for the first time,” Powell wrote over the video.

“When your daughter is more starstruck by Goofy than Matt Damon 😆,” she joked in the caption.

The actor recently visited Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif., with his family to celebrate his daughter Gia Damon's 18th birthday, per Entertainment Weekly.

However, it is unclear if the video was taken on the same day.

Matt has previously opened up about struggling with the fact that he would be an empty-nester in a few years as his daughters start college.

“Having two older kids who are out of the nest and knowing how fast these final years go, we’re trying to be mindful of holding onto what we can,” he stated.
