Matthew Rondeau is giving his social media followers an update on his well being since his domestic violence arrest.
The 29-year-old model has had a tumultuous past few weeks after he and ex-girlfriend Shanna Moakler got into an explosive fight last month that allegedly turned physical.
Rondeau was arrested for domestic violence on Thursday, February 24, before being released the same day on $50,000 bail. Just hours before the arrest, he went on a volatile rant via Instagram, bashing Moakler and accusing her of cheating on him, as he branded the blonde babe a "f**king w**re" and a "f**king c**t."
Rondeau now appears to be doing OK following his fall from grace, with him taking to his Instagram page to announce he is feeling better. "First time In weeks I have my anxiety under control!" he wrote in an instagram Story on Thursday, March 17. "So emotionally great fun and truly blessed."
"I can breathe again," he added.
Just one week after the alleged domestic violence incident, Moakler, 46, revealed she is pregnant with her fourth child. She is already mom to 22-year-old daughter Atiana, whom she shares with ex Oscar De La Hoya, as well as her two kids with ex-husband Travis Barker: Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16.
At the time of her pregnancy announcement, the former Playboy Playmate noted it had been "a very difficult week, but I'm taking everything day by day."

Moakler and Rondeau are apparently trying to work things out following the baby news, and they have even reached out to relationship specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky to provide them with some couples counseling.
As OK! reported, the estranged pair is hoping to make a healthy step forward in the interest of their child, but as of now, they have no plans to start up a romantic relationship again.
It seems the exes already began working on their relationship, as they were spotted grabbing dinner together in Providence, Rhode Island, last weekend. Despite the reunion, an insider claimed the rendezvous didn't appear to be a romantic outing and that there were "no signs of affection" during the meal.
