'Million Dollar Listing' Star Josh Flagg Drops $9 Million On L.A. Mansion Amid Bobby Boyd Divorce
Josh Flagg will certainly be celebrating his single life in his new bachelor pad.
The Million Dollar Listing star dropped a whopping $9.2 million on a lavish Beverly Hills estate. The real estate move comes on the heels of his sudden divorce announcement earlier this month following his and Bobby Boyd's years-long marriage.
According to Radar, the reality star scooped up the mansion in an off-market transaction, buying the home through a trust he had previously owned. The home, located on North Bedford Drive, was previously owned by designer Barbara Lockhart and her late husband, Herman Blackman, before it was sold this week to Flagg.

Though Flagg's purchase was finalized after he and Boyd announced they were going their separate ways, the 36-year-old maintained their divorce had nothing to do with his decision to buy a new place, as he's apparently been eyeing this specific home since we was "a little boy."
"Just because Bobby and I will be getting divorced does not mean life stops. Business continues as usual," he pointed out of him closing the deal on the home so soon after his split from the Versace and Calvin Klein model-turned-real estate broker after five years.
“It has not been on the market in close to 60 years," the star realtor explained of the L.A. pad. "I have been aggressively courting the owners of North Bedford Drive to sell me their house for years, but earlier last year I was told by a few people they were more seriously considering a sale and I would not take no for an answer."
Flagg has reportedly been living at the Beverly Hills Hotel while Boyd resides in the Beverly Hills home they once shared.
The TV personality announced earlier this month that he and his handsome hunk made the "thoughtful" decision to end their marriage, explaining: "It was not a lack of love but rather the two of us growing in different directions and wanting very different things for ourselves."
Despite calling it quits, Flagg lamented he still cares "deeply" about his soon-to-be ex-husband, whom he wed in September 2017 in a beautiful wedding ceremony at the famed Beverly Hills Hotel.
