Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom aren't wasting any time! A source says the songstress is so over the moon at being a new mom that she's told her fiancé she's ready to do it all over again.
Perry, 36, gave birth to the couple's first child together, Daisy, last August, "and it's kicked her maternal instincts into overdrive," shares the source. "She doesn't feel it's too soon to start trying for another one."
Fortunately, Bloom, 44, who's also dad to son Flynn, 10, is on board. "Katy is busy with [American Idol], but Orlando is helping so much with Daisy at home that they both feel confident they can handle two little ones," the source adds. "In fact, they're hoping they'll be pregnant by Daisy's first birthday!"
The power couple — who have been engaged since 2019 — have seemingly settled into parenthood naturally.
“A lot of times, a new baby can put stress on a relationship, but friends say that Katy and Orlando are so happy together. They never imagined that life could be this sweet,” an insider previously told OK!, adding that the singer "loves being a mom, and it helps that Orlando’s been through this before."

With Perry back to work on Idol, Bloom reportedly has taken the reins as super dad. "Katy's work life is moving at 100 miles per hour, and Orlando has the flexibility in his acting schedule that Katy doesn't have," a source dished exclusively. "He's heating bottles, feeding, burping, changing diapers, doing laundry — the whole shebang."
Perry has also been bonding over motherhood with an unexpected pal — Bloom's ex Miranda Kerr. The "Roar" singer says she's at peace with their friendship and the two both have a lot in common.
"In our modern family, she’s probably the most health-conscious of everyone," Perry said of KORA Organics founder, who was married to the Pirates Of The Caribbean actor from 2010 to 2013.
"One of the great things about being close to Miranda is I get to try out all her products, especially when her son comes home with them in his backpack," Perry joked about Kerr.
