'Still A Duck And A Goose': Paulina Porizkova & Director Aaron Sorkin Call It Quits Three Months After Red Carpet Debut
Model Paulina Porizkova and iconic director Aaron Sorkin have called it quits nearly three months after the duo made their red carpet debut at the Oscars.
The 59-year-old gushed about her ex via Instagram. “I’m so grateful for his presence in my life. He helped heal me and reclaim myself,” she wrote on Tuesday. “There truly may be no better man, no man who’s more genuinely ‘good’. He’s brilliant and witty and funny and sexy.”
Porizkova continued: “But it doesn’t matter how much we may wish we were birds of a feather - we’re still a duck and a goose,” seemingly referring that the two just didn’t click.
Alongside a self-proclaimed “goofy” paparazzi snap of the former flames, she wrote: “As unfiltered as I usually am, this involves someone else’s privacy- so this is all I’ll ever say on the subject.”
As OK! previously spilled, the exes made their red carpet debut at the 92nd Annual Academy Awards in April — where Sorkin was nominated for Best Original Screenplay for the Netflix film, The Trial of the Chicago 7.
Porizkova recently revealed what dating was like after the sudden death of her estranged husband, Cars rocker Ric Ocasek.

She admitted that dating again didn’t come easy and that at the beginning she was “not very good at it” and felt like a “weird teenager” during her first couple of dates, but she quickly adjusted and learned to enjoy the sexual aspect of being physical with another man.
“What I have found is that sex gets better with age, which is something that I was kind of terrified about for a while because I kept hearing all these horror stories about how you go through menopause and then you lose your sex drive and you don't want to have sex anymore,” she spilled, OK! reported.
The Arizona Dream actress noted that her biggest revelation was when she learned to take control of her body, adding that she’s “not there to please the guy,” instead she’s “there to be pleased.”
Porizkova was only 19 when she met the musician. The two were married in 1989 and had two sons together, and split in 2017. While they were separated, Ocasek suddenly died in September 2019 after battling heart disease.
Sorkin was previously married to attorney Julia Bingham — with whom he shares daughter Roxie. The pair divorced in 2005.
