Pete Davidson Gets Major Upgrade From Mom's Basement — Tour The King Of Staten Island's $1.2 Million New York Bachelor Pad
Pete Davidson has officially become The King of Staten Island after moving out of his mom's basement and into his own bachelor pad in New York.
The comedian bought his new abode — listed by Laird Klein Sotheby’s International Reality — for $1.2 million and offered a glimpse of his space during a Zoom call that was uploaded to TikTok on Friday, April 2.
“I just moved out of my mom’s house," Davidson casually said, before stating: "I’m fully out. I got a pad."
The Saturday Night Live star's living situation has been a long-running joke on SNL during his stand-up skits.
One year after he said he moved into his mom's basement to "stay away from f**king people" while filming a video for Netflix, Davidson revealed he was finally ready to move out.
"In some ways, I like the pandemic Valentine’s because it’s the first time being alone wasn’t my fault,” the Dirt actor said during a February episode of SNL. “I spent the night eating chocolates and watching a movie with my mom, which is why I’m officially moving out of the house. One of us has to go.”
However, it looks like Davidson won't be alone this Valentine's Day after cuddling up to Bridgerton's Phoebe Dynevor. The new flames were first seen together in March and are "trying to make long distance work," as they are "still going strong despite not being able to physically spend time together," a source told Us Weekly.
And while the next loved-up holiday is far away, one thing is for sure: Davidson and Dynevor won't have to spend the evening with the comedian's mom!
