Pregnant Christina Ricci Living In Canada With Rumored Baby Daddy Mark Hampton After Being Granted Extended Restraining Order Against Her Ex-Husband
It looks like pregnant Christina Ricci has been shacking up with rumored baby daddy Mark Hampton in Canada, as the two were spotted together amid her ongoing divorce from estranged husband James Heerdegen.
Ricci has yet to reveal who her second baby daddy is — assuming it's not Heerdegen considering she filed for a restraining order against him at the beginning of the year — but the actress tagged hairstylist Hampton in the announcement post earlier this week.
Despite not directly addressing her second baby's father, all signs point to Hampton. Apart from tagging him in the announcement post, Hampton has been posting snaps from Canada where Ricci is reportedly living. In addition, Hampton posted a series of Polaroid photos of the two at dinner.
While Ricci looked at the camera with a straight face, Hampton was all smiles as he held up two glasses of what appeared to be alcoholic beverages. "When you're drinking for two!" he comically captioned his post.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Ricci revealed her plan to leave the country with her son, Freddie — whom she shares with her alleged abusive ex — until mid-October during a hearing in the former flames' divorce.
Ricci filed for divorce from Heerdegen last July after seven years of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences" in her petition. She also asked for sole legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old son.

The co-parents' split turned messy earlier this year when Ricci petitioned for a restraining order from the cinematographer. According to the 41-year-old expecting mama, she suffered years of physical and mental abuse at the hands of Freddie's dad.
The Addams Family alum said that she wanted to file for divorce after a “brutal” attack that occurred in December 2019, but then found herself "trapped" with Heerdegen, as the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
Ricci was granted a restraining order from her ex in January, which has since been extended until the next court hearing on January 28, 2022. Ricci and Heerdegen agreed to the restraining order extension during the July 29 hearing.
Last month, the court also granted their request to legally end their marriage, but they still need to sort out child custody, visitation and child support. Since Ricci will have Freddie with her in Canada, Heerdegen will be allowed extra time once she returns back to the United States.
Despite her tumultuous past with her baby daddy, the Casper alum is looking forward to the next chapter of her life, as she revealed she was pregnant again shortly after their court hearing. After sharing the exciting news of her bun in the oven via Instagram, Ricci showed off her growing baby bump for the first time.
“Life keeps getting better. 🎉,” the brunette beauty captioned her announcement post of an ultrasound photo to Instagram on Tuesday, August 10.
