Kody Brown's daughter trolled the Sister Wives star after searching his name online following his split from her mom, Christine Brown.
Gwendlyn Brown took to her Instagram Story Monday, February 7, to show what she found after searching her dad's name in the Google search bar. The result: "Christine Brown’s ex-husband."
“I’m deada** [serious] when I tell you this is what comes up when you Google my father," the 20-year-old wrote alongside the comical screenshot.
Gwendlyn's parents made headlines in November 2021 when her mom revealed she was leaving the family patriarch following their 25-year marriage.
“After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave,” the 49-year-old wrote on Instagram at the time. “We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family. At this time, we ask for your grace and kindness as we navigate through this stage within our family."
Kody shared his own statement shortly after, admitting: “Christine’s decision to leave comes with a great deal of sadness." Noting they "enjoyed many years together" and are now "moving forward on different paths," the husband-of-three declared: "we will always remain committed parents."
Aside from Gwendlyn, the former flames, who spiritually wed in 1994, share son Paedon, 23, and daughters Aspyn, 26, Mykelti, 25, Ysabel, 18, and Truly, 11.
The downfall of Kody and Christine's marriage has been playing out on Season 16 of the hit reality show, which was filmed before the coparents' public split.
During the TLC series, Christine revealed the "intimate part" of their marriage was "over," giving her no reason to stay in their nontraditional family. “That’s not a real marriage. I’m not interested in a half marriage or a partial marriage or whatever we have," she confessed in a recent episode.
As for Kody's take on their strained romance, he insisted Christine “murdered our intimacy with betrayal,” solidifying the TV personality's decision to move from her family in Arizona to her home state of Utah.
With one wife already out of the picture and his relationships with fellow sister wives Meri and Janelle going from back to worse, OK! learned Kody has been "considering starting fresh with new wives."
"He is not happy with the other wives threatening to leave," an insider spilled.
Meanwhile, the father-of-many has been spending all of his time with fourth wife Robyn, whom he wed after Meri agreed to divorce him in 2014 so he could adopt the 43-year-old's children.
