Adorable Throwback Photos Of Ed Sheeran In 'Grease' School Production Resurfaced — See Snaps Of The Red-Headed Youngster

While a "Photograph" says 1,000 words, the throwback snaps of Ed Sheeran from his school production of the musical Grease left us speechless.

Donning a leather jacket and slicked-back hair, the then 15-year-old appeared in the play as the character Roger, also known as "Rump." Sheeran rocked out in his solo rendition of the tune "Mooning," which can be seen in the two-hour long video that is being sold at the U.K. based auction house, Omega House, later this month.

Omega House, which offered fans a glimpse of young Sheeran in the video, will be sold as a DVD on Tuesday, June 29. The young performer turned Grammy award winner attended Thomas Mills High School in Suffolk, England, and gained recognition for his talent through YouTube.

In 2011, he was signed to Asylum Records after independently releasing the extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project, earlier that year. The 30-year-old's debut album was released that September and topped the U.K. Albums Chart.

Since then, Sheeran has become a global phenomenon, with him winning the Brit Awards for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. Sheeran has sold more than 150 million records worldwide, making him one of the world's bestselling music artists.

And despite his superstar status and success, Sheeran chooses to keep his personal life under wraps. In fact, many might not even know that he is not only a husband but also a proud papa! Rumors that he and long-time girlfriend Cherry Seaborn tied the knot surfaced in February 2018, just one month after their engagement announcement.

At the time, Sheeran confirmed Seaborn said yes to his proposal, taking to Instagram to share the happy news with his fans. "Got myself a fiancé just before new year," Sheeran wrote at the time. "We are very happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well xx."

The couple — who has known each other since childhood but did not start dating until 2015 — reportedly wed in December 2018 during a private ceremony just days before Christmas Eve. “He wanted no fuss and he wanted it to be something entirely for them – just a tiny winter wedding," an insider previously told The Sun.

And after Sheeran called Seaborn his “wife” in his song “Remember the Name,” he confirmed in July 2019 that the lovebirds got married. The duo welcomed their first child, daughter Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran, together the following August.

“Ello! A quick message from me as I have some personal news that I wanted to share with you..." Sheeran captioned the photo at the time of a knitted blanket and some tiny black socks. "Last week, with the help of an amazing delivery team, Cherry gave birth to our beautiful and healthy daughter - Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran."
