Watch Alex Rodriguez Shrug Off Question About Ex Jennifer Lopez's Montana Trip With Ben Affleck
Famous exes Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck generated reconciliation rumors after they jetted off to Montana together last week. Meanwhile, back in Miami, J.Lo's most recent ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez was spotted for the first time since news of the headline-making getaway broke.
When asked by the paparazzi how he felt about his ex taking a vacation with the Argo director, the MLB legend simply responded, "Go Yankees." Some interpreted his response as a dig at Affleck, a notorious Boston Red Socks fan.
While the 45-year-old former slugger seemed to brush off questions about his ex's new rumored romance, sources say he's not taking the news of Bennifer 2.0 too well.
"A-Rod is shocked that J.Lo has moved on," a source previously revealed to E! News. "He truly thought they would be able to make it work and reconnect. He has been reaching out to J.Lo trying to meet with her and she has been very short with him."
According to the source, Rodriguez was "saddened" by the reunion and reached out to tell Lopez that "he's upset," but the 51-year-old is "not interested in rekindling anything with A-Rod and is done."

"She wants to give it a shot with Ben," another insider said. "They never really had closure and she has always wondered what could have been. The timing was never right and they were in different places until now.
"She finally has had the opportunity to spend time with him and see where this could lead," the source said. "They are very comfortable together and it's easy. She wants to keep seeing him and is very happy."
OK! was the first to exclusively report that Lopez and Affleck — who called off their September 2003 wedding, broke up, then got back together before ultimately calling it quits in early 2004 — have been in private communication since she ended her relationship with Rodriguez.
OK! learned that the 48-year-old was spotted multiple times secretly visiting the “If You Had My Love” singer at her house during the day. The actor was also snapped being picked up in a white Escalade SUV, which apparently belongs to J.Lo, before being escorted to her mansion.
Lopez and Affleck then stayed at the ultra-exclusive Yellowstone Club, located in the remote mountain enclave of Big Sky, and were holed up in a private home that boasted its own private chef. The Gigli costars reportedly spent much of their time taking walks, swimming in the pools and taking dips in the hot tub.
"[Jennifer] spent several days with Ben out of town,” another source dished to PEOPLE, adding the two “have a strong connection. It's all been quick and intense, but Jennifer is happy." The source noted that the exes were later spotted arriving back in L.A. on Saturday, May 8, via a private jet.
