Prince William might take a long while to be ready to mend his relationship with his brother, Prince Harry, and sister-in-law, Meghan Markle.
At least, royal photographer Arthur Edwards seems to believe so. In an article published in The Sun on August 20, the photographer said as much in the title.
“King Charles may welcome Harry & Meghan back, but I know why furious William may never forgive them,” it read.

The brothers' relationship reportedly began to fracture after Harry's marriage to Meghan Markle.
Although the brothers once shared a close bond, their relationship began to fracture after Harry's marriage to Markle. Their decision to step back from senior royal duties and relocate to the United States further widened the rift between them.
The scandalous claims Harry and his wife made during their various public interviews, documentaries, as well as his tell-all memoir, Spare, cemented the feud between the heir and the spare.
Per Edwards, that seems to be the crux of the issue that might take a long time to overcome on William’s end.
“While His Majesty may welcome back Harry and Meghan, I am not convinced brother, Prince William will be so forgiving,” he stated.

Prince William might find it hard to forgive Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for what they said about Kate Middleton.
“It would take a great act of forgiveness and I’m not sure Wills is ready to do that,” he added.
He doubled down on his stance, stating, “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex said some awful things about [Kate Middleton], who has also come through her own cancer ordeal.”
“William loves his wife and the hurt she has endured from both Harry and Meghan was totally undeserved,” he continued.
He also claimed that while some “British public may be able to forgive Harry, but the more difficult problem is Meghan.”
“Ask any woman over 30 in this country what they think of the Duchess of Sussex and they don’t have a lot of time for her,” the photographer remarked.

Royal Photographer Claims Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's U.K. Life Might be Tougher Than They Realize

Queen Camilla might give Prince Harry and Meghan Markle a second chance because of King Charles III.
Pointing out how Prince Harry called Queen Camilla “the villain” and “dangerous” in his memoir, Edwards said that she could still give the Duke and Duchess of Sussex a second chance simply because of King Charles III’s wish to reunite with his estranged son and his family as he continues to battle cancer.
However, the prodigal son and his wife's claims of racism against the royal family might be harder for Prince William to overlook.
“It was outrageous because most mixed-race families have that conversation. It’s natural, but it was made into such a big deal and was so embarrassing for the Royal Family,” he noted.

Royal photographer said Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's U.K. life might be 'harder' than they realize.
Per the photographer, the King has fought his entire life against racism, so to be accused of the same came as a low blow.
He also alleged that Harry and Markle's move back to the U.K. might be because “the big bucks in America have dried up.”
He further insisted, “I think Harry wants to come back to the U.K. because here he was somebody, while in L.A. he is just another celeb in a town full of celebrities.”
However, their move back might not be as smooth sailing as they are hoping for, especially because many British people seem to believe that the Duchess of Sussex “is the reason for Harry’s downfall.”
“Everybody deserves a second chance, but their new life in Britain could be much harder than Harry and Meghan realize,” he wrote in conclusion.
